How will I spot the driver on my arrival?
Our driver will be waiting for you outside the gateway by holding a board with your name. However, our drivers monitor inbound flights through the airport website so we know the exact exit gate you will use.

What are the dimensions of luggage?
Small suitcase (or size of the passenger compartment or luggage compartment): (40lt) (55 x 40 x 20)
Medium suitcase (or regular size): (75lt) (65 x 50 x 30)

Do you provide wheelchairs?
Customers have to use their own wheelchairs.

Do you provide special seats for babies or children?
We provide special seats for babies and children. During the booking process, the Baby Seat checkbox should be marked so that our drivers have already installed the child seat.

Do you provide pet transport?
We provide special transport cages for your pets, as long as at your booking process you mark the pet checkbox so that our drivers have foreseen to have the appropriate transport cage with them.
